Investigations

Quentin Thomas Wells has worked as an intelligence investigator since he joined the CIA in 1965.  While a covert officer, he traced the activities and travels of Soviet Bloc personnel and other persons of interest to U.S. national security agencies throughout the world.

After leaving the CIA, Wells worked as a confidential informant with the FBI to identify persons connected to organized crime and drug trafficking in the U.S. and other countries.

He has investigated and written about criminal activities and conspiracies in the Hawaii State Court system (see link on published articles page.)

Although he is not a licensed private investigator, Wells has assisted as a private citizen in numerous criminal investigations and has helped numerous persons falsely accused of crime to prove their innocense.  This work includes cases concerned with on-line fraud, armed robbery, insurance fraud, child abuse and neglect, drug dealing, and the infamous “Ham Sandwich Murder”.

Since 1975, Wells has also assisted refugees and immigrants from Vietnam, Mexico, Georgia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chad and at least six additional countries to legalize their status in the United States and establish stable and productive lives in their new homeland.
